This is a very good reason to why you shouldn't buy from this guy. And also, you are saying that you made the MineSpark, but it's seems like that server haven't been pinged since a week and this thread was created for 20 minutes ago, so you aren't active. And the whole thread just looks so bad, I will not recommend people to buy from this guy.

I have been in MC-Market for ages. This is my new account where I will submitt all the plugins me and my coder team has done, free. We are just working on with the logo and a thread-design. Have a nice day.

As a server setup conifigurator i recommend getting a cheap host server to set it up as some server owners would be weary to let you use a host server of theirs to setup a server.
