The center clock spins.(command blocks not needed if you don't want it, turned off cause my server only has 1 gig of ram)
this is a great spawn to start out with for new servers and great for the new release of spigot 1.8
the signs i can change for free to what ever you want if you buy it
you can see a demo of it on this server(mine and yes it will be taken down once someone buys it)
