This "spawn" isn't detailed at all...
The "roof" has a world edit sphere, the circle around was the overall spawn was created with a simple world edit command, the outside has obvious tree saplings used with bonemeal to make them grow, no detail in the grass, the inside is just stairs with nether slabs.
I don't think anyone would purchase this for $10, as I may create the same thing under 10 minutes and give it away for free...

To me I'd rather sell this for max $2... there is literally no detail from what I see.
