This is a spawn that my staff built for a Factions spawn that is on my server, EmpireCraft. However, we have no use for it anymore, as we have change the theme of the server's builds. With that being said, it comes with the spawn itself along with a small shop that houses a decent amount of sign shops. With that being said, thank you for checking out this thread.

Decent build, proof of ownership? exclusive?
and how long has this been used?

Proof of ownership/proof of it being built?

Don't normally take screenshots of builds but I did manage to score some sketches before everything was tied into one full spawn
