Server Status -> Discord Plugin

Looking for a plugin that would relay the status of servers under my bungeecord to a Discord channel. Don't know if this plugin has an API but it could utilize this: https://www.spigotmc.org/resources/server-status.20186/
Looking for something really cheap because i'm on a low budget.

I'll be making a plugin in the future (probably not in a week or so) for this, I'd just need to learn a bit of Spigot to send info you got from this plugin via sockets to a discord bot which is simple.
