I own a server (play.alliancemc.xyz), but I am having some trouble. I released my server a few months ago, (January), planning on making a fun kitpvp server (skyblock soon), that brings frequent updates, fun events, and more. But I only have 2 players that actively, play and cate about the server. At first I didn't mind as I thought to myself, I should be patient and keep making the server fun and adding updates. But honestly, I am ready for more.
I need tips on a few things.
- How to get players on my server, and how to keep them there
- How to get better staff that I can trust, (my staff are trash)
- What can I do to make my server fun.
- What do you like to see on a server?
