Server with 100+ Player base

I am looking for a factions, skyblock, hcf, or practice server with a playerbase of 100+ active members (I don't count alts afking as active members as many factions servers do). My budget is 700$, you can either message me @james.rodgers43 on skype or just private message me on here.

$700 is too low for what you're asking for, ~100 concurrent players is quite difficult to achieve and I assume it would be worth at least a good few thousands.

This server has a player base of 250 and was appraised at over 10k, i know your asking for a player base less then half of this but still this is to show how much these servers go for... I have a friend who recently bought a server that had a playerbase of 60-70 and it sold for 1100 usd...
