Tip for showing people through the builds: skype screenshare. you don't need a server, just a half-decent internet connection.
Apart from that, proof of ownership? (aka did you build them? Show in-progress pics. Did you build them? show proof of the builder selling to you and giving permission to resell)

The map of PvZ is very big, I participated in the build. These build I made with my staff team.
The I'm going to add to my server, but could not open other people's problems and I'm trying to sell them.
If I have tests the buildings , I have a map of where all the buildings that we developed for my old Server looks . If you are interested you could share screen. Sorry for my english I'm spanish
