I still wouldn't recommend it, can't you just lie about your age and whatnot and use your parents social security number or whatever it asks for?

I made an account when I was 13, last week I had to provide proof of identity to un-limit my account. I did because i'm now 18 and they saw that I wasn't 18 when I made the account and permanently limited it...

While I'm here, do you need a credit card for a PayPal? I'd like to make one but I don't think my parents would want me to have one if it requires information like that.

To have an unverified paypal, you don't need one.

It can get frozen by PayPal, meaning you can't use it anymore or get money in or out of the account. Im pretty sure that they send you a cheque for the money if it gets frozen in like 6 months, but yeah, its risky.

Not sure about Goods and Services, but you can use Family and Friends to send/receive money.

kitcat when they ask you for proof of identity DO NOT send it to them! I lost so much money due to them freezing it. I had a bank connected and had been verified via bank and still they limited it. Oh well, life goes on.

The thing was, when I was eleven I made it in my dad's name ^,^
Now I have my own one, but its connected to my dad's card (which I don't use, its for verification purposes.)

You said stuff about paypal like that like 5-6 months ago when you were xkmankidx and I was a nub, how exactly where you permbanned from PayPal? Just curious ;p
