I understand that being a new user that my vouch in most eyes wouldn't count towards much, however I have worked alongside Fernandont for nearly a year now and can assure you that he will not scam.
The map was originally built for the server I am an Executive for but was never implemented (due to us wanting to keep only one map in rotation) and so I suggested he sells it here. Again, I don't expect my vouch to mean much, but:

yeah, it does indeed not mean much right now, since you joined just today.
still, if you build up a bit of a reputation of your own your vouch value will go up as well.
