Staff for a multi minigame server

I am a programmer and will be doing all the development work myself. I will be the leader and owner of this network. If interested in joining my team pm me your Skype and notify what position you can fulfill. You MUST be over 18 years old and have a mic. Otherwise bother contacting me.

Is there pay? To be honest probably not anything more then $1 a week or even a month. Certainly when the server has a donating player base I will share the server profits. Keep in mind that I'm not asking for any money here. I will be paying for everything for this server. I just want a team to help make this server great. If you are expecting to not put in a lot of work with us without paying then this isn't for you. I won't be adding staff in the future when the server takes off etc. So if you want in then now is your chance.

You won't get anyone to do web or graphic design for free, and you can't say you'll pay them when players start donating because donations are not guaranteed and you have no clue if you would make any money out of this server.
