Greetings MC-Market. My name is Felix like to be called L00ting. I have played Minecraft now for around 5 years. I am a player that loves to help people and just play with the community that Mojang have created. Much toxic-ness but also many beautiful people with big hearts. I am a chat active person who is always looking the MC chat. I am good helping other with their problems and I am a very open person that plays much BedWars and Factions. I'm more of a farming type or ally type. I'm often getting a cannoneer in my faction (Lmao).

This server is now down due to the owner lost his motivation and he was kinda out for the money. He created a great server with 100 + players daily. 20 new players daily. We had a strong community and I was loved by the community. By this time I was going mad catching hackers and watching the chat. I was on a hacker streak, Caught the most hackers on the server.
Gamemode - Factions
What I did to ArcPvP -
I started as a helper and was first only watching chat. Warned muted and banned people of threats and disrespects. I got promoted to a moderator and the job was going more serious as we reached more players. We got a lot of advertisers and hackers. That came on just to ruin the server. I mostly caught them when I was online but I am not a player that plays 24/7. My hobbies beside Minecraft is football (Soccer) and Handball. Kinda about to quit the handball but ye. I'm a leader. Team leader and likes to teach how the staff team should work. I am not playing after 12 at night. Since then I go to sleep to have another day with full of energy. I am saving energy for every day, So I don't make simple mistakes. After a while, I got promoted to Admin, at this point my job was to teach the new staff members and catching more hackers. I didn't even play at this time and when I play on a server when I have the power to abuse, then I will take the game back and just keep the work in focus.

Now, What I am searching.

A faction server. Where I can either be a manager or a Staff Manager. I want to handle some configs if allowed or either accept or reject staff applications. Also be the owner second hand when he has problems. Then I can take over and handle the server for the days/hours he/she is gone. I want to teach the new staff members the system we have and also be helpful with donations problems and glitches. Also, I can take care of advertisement and talk to YouTubers, and devs of course. I'm searching an owner that is older than 15, and have some experience in being a staff member and handle the server well. I want an owner that is focused on the server and got some good ideas to make the server unique from all other factions server out here.
I will be working completely free at the start. Mostly I just want to be here to help and configure a server.

Okey, I'll explain why. I have had an massive problem with a 12 year old kid I worked for. I left him and he sent his army to post this negative on me.
