SuchSpeed Community Warning

I saw this thread prior to hiring SuchSpeed:

It was from August of 2018, and there had been no activity, so I assumed everything had been worked out between VIP and SuchSpeed's management.

I hired SuchSpeed (Tom) to record on my server, TrophyPvP. He would do an hour live stream for $200 USD during the launch (November 23, 5PM EST).

I emailed him originally, and discussed pricing, in which he said $200 for a 300 viewer live stream. I agreed, and contacted him on the Discord he gave me.

Launch was planned for Thursday, but we moved to Friday, and I informed Tom of this.

He ran away with my $200, no live stream was provided for me. He is no longer responding to my messages, or emails. He is active on Twitter, though, leading me to believe he's purposefully ignoring me.

I'd like to make this post as a Community Warning, to not deal with SuchSpeed.
If anyone from his Management would like to explain this behaviour, feel free.

Edit: I've been contacted by "Sling", a "Content-Manager" of Tom. Telling me it's a "misunderstanding". I do not believe everyone saying Tom has scammed them is a misunderstanding. Nor do I believe YouTubers with 50K+ warning me about Tom, is a misunderstanding.

I have a contract with him, and his mcm. So I think I'm going to finally contact a lawyer in the united kindom, as I finally have the funds to pursue this further.

If its small claims court in the UK and the streamer looses he has to pay the guy the money he owes as well as the fees for the court. It's worth it usually

Depends, a lot of people argue damage to business and such to get extra compensation but not too sure how it works fully.

Unfortunately the last time I contacted them they told me because it had surpassed the 6 month window there was nothing they could do, but yeah I'll give it another try since I'd be able to mention these other cases too.

I got some information on him as well, he done it to me not long ago. + It's on a report so all the evidence is provided.

It's so annoying when people or YouTubers just start annoying you. You 3 should get his paypal and call paypal - he shouldn't get away with this.
