The build from http://www.mcgamer.net/threads/survival-games-haruka.110189/ is made by ItsKaay. As can be proven by : https://namemc.com/s?ImGalaxyHD . GLWS. He's the legit builder of this map.

That's not the problem.. The problem is that he doesn't say that the map isn't private, as it is currently being used on the server. Why shouldn't he clarify that the map is on another server?

I don't know if you're still confused , but anyways let me explain this! (I posted this map to MC Gamer 1 year ago, and it was accepted shortly after I posted it, this was in the summer of 2014, it was used on the server for a littlebit over 10 months. and was recently removed from MC Gamer. I still own this map and as the owner of it I am selling it because it is no longer being used by anyone. also The Archon offered $350 USD back in the day, but I didnt sell because I'd rather use it for MC Gamer, and now that they are no longer using it, I want to sell it
