Terraformed RPG Map

Information​

This server will be based off of Lord of the Rings, and The Hobbit. This server will be made up of a 4,000x4,000 map. The heart and soul of this map will be terraforming. The terraforming will enhance the gameplay by, well, a lot! This map will be divided into 6 sections. The first section will be for the Elven Kingdom. This kingdom will have trees over 200 blocks tall. This land will be lavish, ample with plants, lakes, rivers, detailed tall grass, mountains, everything! This land will consist of the Elf Capital. Then, there are the Human Lands. These lands will be very beautiful. Having detailed custom pine trees, green fields, and rivers. This land will have the Human Capital, ports for trade, ships, etc. Then there is the Dwarven Ranges. The Dwarven lands will consist of hills that are so detailed they will make you cry. The Dwarven capital will be inside of a certain, extremely big, and detailed hill. We will be modeling the Dwarven capital based off of the Lonely Mountain in The Hobbit. The Dwarven lands will also consist of a mixture of pine trees, open fields, and boulders scattered throughout. Finally, there are the Orcs. The Orcs will be a vicious species. Their lands will consist of large large crevices, deserts, lava pits, etc. And of course, the Orc Capital. Now, for the fifth region. This region will be known as the cloud temple. This area will literally be a sanctuary for all races. There will be no PVP, no raiding, no pillaging, etc. We may make this temple in another world, and actually have it in a cloud. Now for the sixth region! This region will actually be the wetlands. The wetlands will have marches, shallow, shallow, small rivers. As well as crops, scattered within... and a few trees, here and there.

Additional Information/Summary:

This map, of course, will be a lot of work. We are willing to pay $600-$700 USD for this. We have no due date, however we'd like it to be done within a few weeks of start. Once again, we are only paying for terraforming with this map. No builds, only terraforming. This map will need to be extremely good, certainly better than most server's terraforming.

4000x4000 is 16 million blocks. I did the math and while this is terraforming, for only $600-$700 you're paying about $0.00004 per block.
For a map this size, the price you're willing to pay is ridiculous.

Yes indeed, that kind of map is beteen $2k to $5k.. no one will do dis for $600 at all..

Yet if someone post this map on here to sell, no one would buy it over 120 dollars.

Most of the builds on this site are not worth 2k-5k but on the off chance that it is, I would say, most builds on here don't exceed $400. Where are all the rich kids at?

Our max budget is $1,000. We agree'd we will reduce the map size to 3,000-3,400x

We have a map planned out, we need someone who is good at plopping the hills down and making them detailed and realistic. As well as filling the trees, and making the terrain look nice.
