terraforming could easily be done with some plugins.. like voxelsniper or worldedit. those plugins would make it so no money needs to be spent.. but okay.

Not true. Not everyone can make good terrain even with those plugins

I've seen people do "terraforming" with voxelsniper. heheh. Trust me, if you don't know how the plugins work you won't be able to do much. And even then it still requires skill. Any of you ever seen Gabersid's giant volcano? Thats the sort of thing you can do if you are a master terraformer with voxelsniper.
