Hi, my name is James.
I have been doing server setups for over two years now, and what really sets me apart from others is my one and one interactions with my clients, as I am quite personable, and hardworking. Which combines fun, and Perfection into one amazing setup .
After the client is satisfied with the order, I offer a 5 day period, in which if the client has any uncertainties with the setup, we can change it to something that better suits their needs.

Additional commissions
I can also hire builders, artists, web developers, and sys admins to do a commission for your server/network with a 10% commission on all sale(s) that occur on the purchase. For example, if the commission was set on $100 dollars, I would receive $10 on top of the $100, because I hired the worker.
Process
To start the process off, one of our agents will begin by accepting/sending an email/request. Once an agent has greeted you, you will then be asked what type of setup you wish to purchase. If you would like a setup that isn’t listed on the page above, don’t be afraid to ask.
Once you, and the agent have worked the setup out, and sorted out the finer specs, he give you a receipt on how much the work will cost. Don’t be afraid to ask any questions throughout the setup. Once half of the payment has been sent, and verified by an owner, the agent will begin working. Depending on what you prefer the agent will give you updates on how the process is coming. Once you, and the agent both agree that the setup is finished. The agent will then ask that you to pay the rest, and once the agent confirms that the money has been sent you will then receive the files. Once the files have been sent you will have a 5 day period in which if you have any uncertainties with the setup, the agent would change it to something that better suits your needs. Now, sit back, relax, and enjoy the setup.

1. All sales, once completed are final.
2. Reselling the setup, without the permission, or knowledge of an agent of the ThePro Setups, will result in the files being released.
3. You’re obligated by using ThePro Setups to pay 50% of the initial cost, before the project begins, but with the Teamspeak setup, Bungee setup, MySQL setup 100% of the cost must be paid upfront to prevent fraud.
4. Under no circumstances will any agent of The Pro Setups work on your console/server unless 100% of the cost that has been worked out has been paid.
5. By ordering a setup, you acknowledge that you already have the money available, and ready to pay.
6. You’re not allowed to take credit for any of our work under any circumstances.
7. Charge Backing is absolutely not allowed, all payments are non-refundable unless, you resolve the situation with an agent. If under any circumstances you do chargeback without talking to an agent, all your server files will be released, you will be reported on Mc-M, and possibly the authorities may be involved.
8. You acknowledge that we are allowed to cease work with you at any given time.
9. If an agent of ThePro Setups hires builders, artists, web designers, web developers, Administrators, and system administrators to do a commission for your server/network, 10% of all sale(s) that occur on the purchase, must be paid to an agent of the ThePro Setups. For example, if the commission was set on $100 dollars, ThePro Setups would receive $10 on top of the $100, because we ThePro Setups, hired the worker on your behalf to do a commision.
10. Payments are done through PayPal. As the client, you are required to pay the exact amount required, meaning you are required to pay the transaction fee.
11. As a client you’re required to be respectful to our agents at all times, same goes for us. So treat us with the same respect, and we will get along fine.
12. The files get sent to the client via in their preferred way (Link/Zip etc.)
13. We have the right to decline service to any potential clients.
14. The terms stated are subject to change at any time (all clients that are undergoing a setup will be notified of any changes, if any changes occur while we are undergoing a setup).
15. By purchasing a/any setup(s) or products from us, you agree to these terms.
