Its sad to see the game that was there for me through a large amount of my life dying.... Minecraft is like no over games, it has no stopping point, its fun when other games are not. And the fact that mojang is taking that for granted sickens me.
If you listen to this, I am not sure if this is nostalgic for everyone but it definitely is for me.
I can remember listening to this song on 2gb per month internet, and my mom yelling at me for using up half the internet.
Back when the game was not about toxic 12-year-olds on hcf, It was not about keylogging ghost clients. It was about having fun playing with friends and letting your creativity sprout!
This song reminds me of the good times I had, all the fun it just has so many memories. And its fun to think back of all the phases I have been through in minecraft, from factions to minigames, to hacking to mod packs.
After seeing accounts being locked, servers being blocked, it's sad to see how a game this powerful could let something like this happen. Its a common thing that has been happening lately. For example call of duty not listening to there community at all and bringing out another piece of shit year after year. Minecraft is going to turn into the same thing if we do not act and try to stop it.
Our parents had there 32 bit systems and there ataris when they were growing up. They had 8 bit donkey kong and space invaders, Those games were not exploited by the massive companies who made them....
They were not exploited because there was no community to exploit, they did not have youtubers or forum websites, they did not have angry moms calling them up for autistic 9 year olds spending $500 on a diamond armour kit on there favorite server.
If it is our community that has allowed them to get away with this then it is in our hands to stop this. its only going to get worse the longer we leave it.
Act now, get the word around, maybe the owners of the site could create a petition, send it to some YouTubers get it out there.
(Sorry if theres spelling errors or the whole thing plain does not make sense it was late and I had just had a nostalgic session of listening to old songs and thinking about old memories)
