Thread Lock

Hello!

Although the MCM is already perfect as it is, I would really love if you guys added a thread lock. I have seen other forums that have this and I believe that it is really useful. Although there is a report button, which, although it is similar to what I'm asking for, it's not the same. The report button does close your thread, but what I'm really asking for is it to: 1. lock the thread, meaning no one can open it, or 2. closing the thread entirely. It would be cool for the deleting and the locking to be separate, but it's okay if it isn't.

I personally don't think I need to pay money that almost every forum I've seen has, but hey, that's my opinion.
