The spawn includes a serer shop, small pvp arena, donation/rules information room (2nd floor), left and right turn at spawn point for south gate and more! I bought this spawn awhile ago (3 years ago) and have no use for it anymore. Pictures Below! I have both Schematica and a world save of it, if needed. Offer Prices Below!

Selling builds was unheard of 3 years ago, sorry. Also, saying you bought a build for a high price doesn't increase the price. If anything, it makes you sound like a prick.
