[URGENT] Need server logo, server icon, and static banner

Hi,

I need a server logo, server icon, and static banner for a new project.

• 
  
  
  • 
    Logo
    • Two versions, one with IP on the bottom, one without.
      
      
    • Cool and clean logo (I like: http://files.enjin.com/780854/opmines logo site.png)
      
      
    • Should say “OPxxx”, and “OPxxx.net” as the IP.
      
      
    • Should be kind of colorful.
  • Server Icon
    • Something cool that says “OP”, like this, this or this.
      
      
    • Idea: Put “OP” on an enchanted diamond block? That might look cool.
  • Static Banner
    • Something cool that says “OPxxx” using the logo (?) on the left side of the banner. Then, on the right side, there should be the three main features, with an icon for each?
      • OverPowered (enchanted golden apple)
        
        
      • Prison (iron fence)
        
        
      • Crates (wooden box)
