Price: Around the $60 I'm hoping
Notable info: This includes NO graphics, NO plugin setup, and I would like to first receive the money before sending the map. I know that's a hard decision seeing I'm also new, but maybe another new person would want it :)

Now, This has been a side project as my own regular prison server was not really working well and lost my motivation to continue it. I'll be making a separate post of the files later for sale

The mines aren't really big but there is a grim-themed (Stones, darkness, iron bars) witch is copy pasted with changed clay colors.
SPAWN:


I use a different style of building for the mines (compared to others) because I don't like to make the box-type mines. I just don't like them. So I hope you do like it :)

Jeff, did you tag me in a selling thread because he's asking a bigger price than he can expect or what? XD.

Anyway, OP, a build like this is not going to sell for more than $40 even if you get lucky. I can understand if you put a lot of time into this and want a decent price for it, but behind money there is also the buyer's time (usually). So its an even exchange, and considering the other things that people on here can get for $40, selling this build for $140 just means keep dreaming.

I would recommend setting a BIN of $35, with a starting bid of $5 and $1 increments.


Final reason why its not gonna work: premade builds sell for MUCH less than their value would be if they were commissioned builds. Why? because they will never be exactly what the buyer wants, so they're not willing to pay as much.

It really doesn't make much sense. No way is this comparable to a SINGULAIR mine. I included 3 mines![DOUBLEPOST=1447715340][/DOUBLEPOST]And, I have patience for these things. I can wait a while before someone buys this :)
