Hub I made recently and am willing to sell, 200x200 block size - very high quality and versatile. Will amaze people as they come onto your server and will give them a great first impression. 4 portals included along with sign boards.

Remember - with my products you are paying for quality so please do not rant about it being overpriced, because it's not. On the note of price, I will be selling this at a non-negotiable price of $150 which is deemed fair by many professional builders.

Vouch for meester, met him once before and he's a really nice guy, as well as an incredible builder. Also on the awakened blocks team if I'm not mistaken.

Not worth $200, maybe $150. It's not that detailed, the render glorifies this quite a lot.

I'm sorry but have you seen it in game? No, I didn't think so, so don't make the assumption that it doesn't look as good in game, because that's not true.

I never said it doesn't look good in game, so don't put words in my mouth. You could have done a lot more with the floor and roofing, quite simple, that's the only thing that needs improving IMO.

Everybody just says its still a 1/4 just rotated around... THATS HOW 99% OF BUILDS ARE. It worth $100+, these aren't that easy to make, now until you start making builds this sexy then stop hating and trying to low-ball. Server owners that would want this build will most likely be making EASILY enough money,

Firstly, if you have a lobby that isn't 1/4 rotated around then it will look stupid quite frankly and that is the reason why you will see 95% of lobbies rotated around. Another point, if you can find other builds similar quality on here then please do show me i'd like to see it, and there is no way I'm lowering that price, it's there for a reason, because this IS a high quality map and not the average lobby you see lurking around here.

The reason I am giving it a low price is because this is MC Market. For a commission this is worth $250-$350. Pre-made, on MC Market, not many people will pay that much.

Very high quality build, seen it in person. Couldn't ask for a better hub for your server for this amount of pay.

I don't know about y'all but I love the hub! I think this style is quite popular at the moment and I don't think it's expensive at all to be quite honest.
