which is the best and what one could hold around 30 - 90 players with 50 plugins?

Well it depends what type of server, For example if you're having a KitPvP server and everyone is moving/hitting with a player count of 30 players, a 8gb+ is definitely required. Be more specific

It's massive-pvp where everyone pvps eachother so basically kitpvp.

OVH would be good with their 16gb plan, so you have some extra. Always better to have more than you need just incase.

That's a good price for 5 GB, most places do $3/GB. I don't see you finding a quality VPS with more than 5GB for $15.
