Hello all!
Today I'm looking for a Web Designer that can develop Portal Pages like this one and can teach me. As of now I cannot pay people as I have to pay for a lot of things but this is what I have to offer. Once you teach me and I can fully design Portal Pages, I will work for you to design Portal Pages that people order from you for 1-2 months for free. What I mean by this is if you get an order for a portal page, I will give it a go and then if you think its good enough, you can sell it to the client and you get all the money and I get 0% commission. This is like me paying you off for the training.

You need a broad understanding of HTML and CSS to be able to create unique portal pages. There are many sites that teach HTML and CSS. Good luck.
