The cathedral feels really overdetailed, to the point where you can hardly say what it actually is. The hub on the other hand is quite nice. GLWS!
And btw, don’t expect people to buy a spawn non-exclusively for 85$.

Hmm.. overdetailed you say. Take a look at Reims Cathedral in real life please and see for yourself how detailed that building is and with all those details it is still awesome. If it is hard for you to say what it actually is then please go and buy yourself a pair of glasses because many saw the cathedral on the server I build and no one said it has too many details.
I know how the Reims cathedral looks, looks nothing like yours. In the gothic style verticality was a key element. With that the vertical details too, trying to reach the god with every element of the build. That's hardly represented in your build. I just see loads of stairs stacked on each other and not caring much about the general structure.
Not to forget to mention, for the gothic style every detail was actually essential to the structure, it wasn't decorated just because it would 'look fancier'.

I tried to make the general structure looking as much as possible as the original one, I'm not saying I succed completely, but I really don't think it doesn't have the main structure of most of the cathedrals. For the record, I didn't say that I was trying to transpose the cathedral from reality to the game; that was just my inspiration for the main look because just using blocks you can't possibly make all those details.
I know that for the gothic style every detail is essential, but if you think you can do better then me and transpose the cathedral from real life to the game with all the gothic style details and looking exactly like the original one,I can only say that I am eager to see what you will accomplish.

I don't fancy gothic style as much to build and I'm not gonna build a whole cathedral just so you can be happy..

Yes, the builds are properly done because a team built them, not like me which I worked alone. Be sure that if I would've had a proper team like this when I started the build, the cathedral wouldn't look like this, because the whole building is basically made only from my ideas unlikely the builds you showed me which are based on the ideas from more then 1 person.
Each cathedral there was built by one guy

It's not an excuse, it's the truth. And even if each cathedral was made by one guy you really think they didn't help each other with ideas?
And just to be clear, once again I'm telling you that I am not saying I did it perfectly, or very good, but nor I'm saying it sucks and it doesn't look like a cathedral.

I know the guys well, I am playing on the same server as them so I know.
You called it 'wonderful' cathedral so in fact you are calling it 'very good'.
I know these aren't your only builds and I said that I liked the other spawn, just felt that the cathedral was overdetailed. You are a good builder but I don't think gothic style suits you well.

First of I did not call it "wonderful cathedral" and if I did, please show me where, 2nd of all, I said that I didn't build/made it perfectly or very good. Although maybe you are right that the gothic style doesn't suite me, but since this was my first and only gothic style build I ever made it doesn't mean I can't evolve and prove you that you're wrong.

Now, OP, couple of tips on selling this build. First of all, take brighter pictures please. It is extremely difficult to see what the cathedral actually looks like.
Also try using chunky or a similar program to create some renders of the build that will show off the detail in a much more precise manner.
