Would anyone be interested in a NDA Agreement plugin?

Hello all,
Would anyone be interested if I made a Non-Disclosure-Agreement plugin? For example to get white listed you would need to read the NDA and initial and provide sufficient contact information in-game or else it will kick you. This could be good if you are showing investors or allowing beta-testers onto a large server that has some unique ideas? Your thoughts are much appreciated!

If you have a big server that you care a lot about, you'd probably want to do a proper NDA anyhow and have it signed.

True, I did some research and just having someone initial and provide sufficient contact is enough to defend you.

A yes or no agreement in Minecraft is not a bulletproof NDA. Mojang's own EULA might invalidate it. Not sure tbh.

Yea, I am not no legal so I would have no idea. Just a idea I came up with randomly
