Spoke to Ainz, its unlikely the videos would violate copyright but its also unlikely they would be eligible for copyright. So the videos created by the bot would have no copyright protection if you upload it and someone downloads and uploads it you would have no recourse.
well it is 100% automated but you can make it manual and only automate some specific parts of it to make you eligible for the copyright protection, i honestly what i knew about copyright protection is if you made something therefore it is yours and since you are the one who made the input that the bot took to create that content therefore the videos posted are yours but if i'm wrong about that i apologies, but the content created is 100% new and unique so even if you dont have the copyright it doesnt mean that someone else have it and would take your content down so you are 100% safe
Changing some of the automatic parts to manual does not make it eligible for copyright protection, like I told you privately copyright protection requires a human author. You said since it would be uploaded to the customers channel that they would be the author. Thats not how copyright works. The only way to make this copyright protectable would be to manually type the speech as currently its generated using gpt3 and a prompt. The prompts you used were just a list of city names from what you told me.

Im not selling in the resouces section because im not planning on selling unlimited copies, and after i have suffered 1.4k loses in chargebacks and hours of hard work to paypal bcz their policy is who makes them the most cash is the one who’s right i have my right to refuse accepting it, and if you think who dont accept paypal is the one scamming especially in digital products you should sell in it and face some chargebacks that are totally not fair and lose the case just cz you cant sue paypal from ur country

If you are already monitorized then you don’t plus it’s capable of making videos too and the quality keeps improving with time since i keep pushing updates, like right now im working on fine tuning the ai for youtube content aswell as adding video templates to add better animations and transactions, for the ai voice it can be changed to any you like there’s some super realistic ones btw

In that niche it gets around 1k view per day, if it uses a better voice then it can definitely hit more also people who subscribe will see videos too making it bigger with time
