Youtuber with 350 Subs

I will be recording on any servers! I would prefer if they were prison or factions(I LOVE FACTIONS!!!). I average about 50+ views per video. My latest vid is at 100 views at the moment and is rising still. I'm looking to get payed around $3.50 per vid. This price, however is negotiable. Leave your ideas down below. I will be leaving a link if you guys would like to see a couple of my vids. I am quite young so I still have a squeaker ton (hope that doesn't change anything). Enjoy!

It doesn't seem like you put much effort on your channel, I suggest buying a channel revamp to get new art intro etc

Would u be able to recommend anyone? I would prefer they were free at the moment because I have not been getting many opportunities to make decent money.
