Hello,
I am hiring professional builders for my server network.

Our general budget for work completed while working with the BT initially should be at least $250 per object but it depends on the builds (more info about when it will be paid out at the end of the post). It will be shared with the entire team, for example if we had a $200 order and 10 people were working on the job, $20 would be paid to each member that worked on the job.

When we have work to do, each member will be required to spend at least 2-4 hours per day, or 16 hours per week on the job. If it is a smaller scale job, this will be adjusted.

You must have misunderstood! The example is of one particular object, if its worth is 200$, for example factions spawn, then this amount will be distributed to all builders accordingly. If there are 10 builders then everyone gets 20$ and the idea that you did not get is that if there are 10 builders the time in which the particular object will be built is much shorter than, for example with 3 builders. Plus if 10 builders need 16 hours each to complete a 200$ build then it's quite tragic.

On another note, we are still looking for more builders the next build is 500x500 hub.
