We do not view your private conversations unless they are reported and cannot verify whether or not private conversations you have participated in contain personal information. If there is personal information of yours contained within a private conversation, you must report it using the report function in order for it to become visible to our support team for removal.
If you discover any of the information that we hold for you is incorrect or incomplete, that you are unable to change yourself, please contact us as soon as possible so the necessary changes can be made.
