User led me to believe he was buying my account, wasted my time and is bidding higher than BIN. Possible scammer, deal with caution

User was very sketchy, seemed like he was trying to scam me. Wasted my time saying he was gonna buy an account. I said that I thought he was trying to scam me and he insisted he wasnt. I finally agreed to sell to him and he backed out at the last second.
