  15. Horrible host, tickets can take up to a week to be replied to and server constantly are down or glitched and extremely slow. Support ignores your questions saying its your problem for everything.

  19. Do not get from here Terrible customer service! They take to long and when I open a ticket the have very bad grammar and spelling. That is all I have to say this is also why I stopped renting my server from them, also some downtime! NOT RECOMENDED!
