Told us that the website would be done by Tuesday, it is now Friday and I still didn't get an update. This isn't the first that he takes ages to do something after he gets paid. (usually after we open a chargeback he starts replying.)

User takes days to respond and even then only if you threaten to chargeback. I will not work with this user again and I recommend no one else does. Did not even start on my project until I open a PayPal dispute.
