To earn my view this user has performed following actions
They could not finish the task I paid for half upfront in the timeframe they quoted for. They delayed the timeframe by 2 days (originally 2 day timeframe, thus 4 days total) and then decides to quit and say they can't complete it. They instead sent over half finished (less than half really in a web dev's eyes) messy CSS and HTML code.
