Honestly, I wouldn't have done it if this user didn't delete my posts on his profile page and him calling me out on something. I legit said "Thanks for your opinion :)" and he called me out. If you're looking for a Manager, this isn't your guy, a person that is rude and ignores doesn't seem like the perfect fit. Everyone can always improve though, if he changes I'll remove it.
