De-Vouch! This guy expects everything from you for doing free work. He lies about his budget, and is extremely un professional. If you don't do exactly what he expects you to do he flips out. For example deleting a discord chat (as a joke) he makes it a whole big deal. Worst server owner I have ever worked with and I will go further in-depth if need just PM me.
