I purchased an ad. and a couple of hours passed by, I was unsure whether the user had sent the ad. I contacted him to confirm that the ad was sent. Still on +0 I asked some questions the User says that most of the recipients of the ad are not interested. Which was never brought up. The user then persisted to ignore DMs when I watched him leave my server. This user is offering a fake service. stay away.
