They seemed really cool at first but then the COO went around starting issues with others. I responded to the messages in the public chat I got yelled at for causing issues. I simply responded to messages sent in that chat by the COO saying I do not appreciate the way they are treating members of other communities.
They are unreliable to me because every step of the process I was told I was wrong. They refused to look into the proof I provided and still deny it.
