This user cannot be trusted after recording on a server. We hired them then later on they attempted to grief our whole network with the trust we left behind.
To earn my view this user has performed following actions
We accidentally left hawm with gamemode creative, about 2-3 weeks after hawms recording we were getting messaged by our staff saying someone was giving out bedrock and netherite blocks. This turned out to be true, which coreprotect and several player witnesses told us.

Hawm's excuse for the situation was at first "I only spawned in one single bedrock block" then after we exposed him for spawning in tons and netherite, he then said "the blocks are just blocks? they can make armor with that can't you mine that underground in 1.16"
