In my opinion, there's a lack of thorough communication. I've been waiting to get updates on my website but we're still not getting any updates. We've paid for our service about 2 weeks ago at this point with no service updates. We believe at this point a website is not even being created as we haven't seen not one update after providing the requested information.To earn my view this user has performed following actions
- Lack of communication in any channel of communication selected
- No solid dates for work to be done, we gave him a deadline that hasn't elapsed yet but things aren't progressing from what we're seeing so far.
- Told us he would have updates on the new website today 03/07/2023 and we have not received any communications.Transacted Funds : 159 $
