This user was supposed to create a web design for me, and since the payment process, I've only got generic replies. I ask for a progress report, and all he sends is "Yes". 3 days pass, and I ask where the progress report is.... "Yes" is the answer.

He's also blocked his money exchanger after being contacted about refunding.
