I don't enjoy using their services due to their inability to follow through transactions and upset by the use of my money

Used to enjoy their services but the latest transaction went sour. Constantly being told harsh comments and remarks while my money was held. Didn't know if I was getting scammed or not. Then $25 of mine was held for over a month until finally I opened a transaction dispute and Jas finally decides to take action. I was told that the whole transaction dispute was something they shouldn't have to waste their time on. As a customer, it truly is unfortunate to not have clear communication. Mix that with the hostility while your money is being held, and you start 2nd guessing the entire transaction. I will not be using their services ever again, nor do I recommend their use with the sheer treatment I got as a reoccurring customer.
