I regret to say that my experience with this Discord bot has been incredibly disappointing. The code is messy at best, making it difficult to work with and troubleshoot. The developer's communication was also a major issue—he doesn't speak proper English, which led to confusion and frustration throughout the process.
Initially, the developer asked for 15 euros for a feature request, which I agreed to, but what I received was a bot that barely functioned. The feature was only half-implemented, and when I reached out for clarification, the developer became defensive, rude, and uncooperative. It’s clear that once he had my payment, customer support and quality no longer mattered.
In addition, once we asked for a refund, which he agreed to give, he removed us from the support ticket in his Discord server. Later, after I created a thread to contact him, he banned both me and my partner from the server.
