I hired Kacper to redo my site.
He asked for $300 and said he would finish in three days and hook it up to my API.
I paid the invoice right away.
After that, progress was almost none.
Two days in he showed one rough page: plain black, messy buttons, no font, no backend links.
It looked nothing like the clean Lunar-style design we agreed on.
He kept saying “I’ll do it soon” but never met the Sunday/Monday deadline.
He still hasn’t delivered a working site or any real code.
I had to chase him for every update.
Poor speed, poor quality, empty promises.
I feel ripped off and won’t hire him again.

There was no deadline set.
I will explain. We have agreed on one commission for 225 USD and it was meant to be done on Sunday/Monday so this is where the 2/3 days comes from.
However as we talked client changed the offer from 225 to 300 as the price changed he wanted more stuff added and i had no problems with it at all. I stated that the deadline will be hard to make as client added more stuff into it.

The deadline was set for the previous work. It's like hiring a freelancer to do a single page for a business and agreeing on 1 day deadline and before the payment saying i will pay you X USD extra for let's say backend and expecting it all to be done in 1 day. Even though i said it will be hard to make within the deadline client didn't cared or didn't mind since never replied per anything.
I did what i said i was updating a client with every version I made. If he had any problems i was of course changing and adding more onto it.
This is what I AM doing with ALL of my clients none of them had any issue and somehow i manage to have all reviews positive.
I have tried to talk with a client and settle a clear deadline for both parties however he stoped responding.
Regarding refund - Transaction dispute has been made on platform called BuiltByBit. As I said to a client if a independent third party will say that i am at wrong and I should refund the client i will sure do.
