The buyer purchased a campaign with 400 guaranteed joins. As per our standard process, he was informed that we first extend the ad for 7 extra days before issuing any partial refund. During that period, I hosted an in-game event to boost results. After the extension, the campaign reached 363 joins. I then offered a refund for the 37 missing joins and requested his PayPal, but he ignored it and chose to leave a false review instead. Despite all terms being followed and fair solutions provided, he acted impulsively and unprofessionally. I'm still waiting for the PayPal email to refund the $4.6 lol
