I applied for a position at his service team, and he was blatantly racist towards me and indirectly called people from my country (India) scammers. After some convincing and reassurance, he gave me a trial project which was lengthy. Nonetheless, I continued to work on it and passed with flying colors. He onboarded me, but when I just asked some simple info about payment via crypto, he blocked me, removed me and did not allow me with an opportunity to respond.
