    Is it possible to spawn or add ore blocks without manually adding them?

    If you are talking about generating them ingame with world edit you can use the command //replace or //replacenear [region] [Block you want to change] [List of blocks / elements you want to change it to] (must use a comma between multiple different types of blocks.
