    The account is locked if you can't log into it even with a vpn if mojang doesn't send you an email saying that it got disputed/password reset because of suspicious activity. Either that or it could have been pulled with TID, which is pretty hard to tell if it was pulled or just locked.

    No. Your ip can be banned for 24 hours due to too many failed logins, hence why I mentioned "even with a vpn"
