Once the account is in your hands you will have responsibility for it. Anything that happens after the transaction I will take no responsibility and it will have nothing to do with me. Buyer will pay in USD through PayPal F&F with no chargebacks afterwards.
Also a deposit is required if you do not have a rank or arent well known (Which means you send a portion of the money at the start)
